We started off this project by producing a new logo for Wheal Rodney Holiday Park. They required an update to their look and then we were tasked with refreshing the website. Currently bookings are administrated though Staah so we were asked to integrate with this system. Unfortunately we were very restricted and Staah customers are not able to integrate with their own websites. We added a form that links out to their booking system with pre-filled dates and visitors. Wheal Rodney customers are able to view accommodation options, camping, cottages and bell tents, and also view the facilities, site plan, travel information and find local attractions.
The Wheal Rodney website went live in time for the 2019 busy summer season. They have been receiving between 2000-3000 visitors to the website every month, with over 83% new visitors! Interestingly over 65% of visitors have viewed the website on a mobile or tablet device. It is so important for your website to be responsive and mobile friendly.
