Cornwall Screenprint website

Cornwall Screenprint

We were delighted to be tasked with the re-design and re-build of the Cornwall Screenprint & Embroidery website. It needed to add functionality of accepting online orders for clothing, for postage or collection. We were asked to develop added features for customers to add details, such as initials or names to items.

As with all our new websites it needed to be responsive for mobile and tablets browsing and quick, in spite of the number of images on each page, and simple for user and Cornwall Screenprint to use.

We created a new, more modern look for Cornwall Screenprint outlining all their services as well as a shop for the sale of school uniforms. The site is future proofed with the ability to add categories to sell other items and also to add new schools or uniform items.

As a company new to an e-commerce based website, we needed an IT expert who would be willing to help us from a standing start. Bryony was helpful and patient with us, along the whole process. We were also very happy with the design layout and the way she was able to connect a lot of business units and large chunks of information in to a cohesive and succinct number of graphics. In terms of communications and quick solutions to teething problems with eg uploads, server characteristics, and ‘back-office’ we were able to resolve things quickly and swiftly. Bryony was great at taking the guesswork out of the problems and kept us informed all the way through.
